The Month of March is upon us, which means we are entering the third month of the year.. No genius IQ required for that – but a certain amount of disbelief that we are already “there”. I think Time is in the same mysterious location with tea spoons and single socks. A dear friend of mine has made a resolution not to talk about time passing by so quickly – and I think she is right. It is a huge discomfort to me to realise my oldest nephew will be 27 this year, and I literally do not know how that happened.
On a different note, those living in the Northern Hemisphere will be welcoming Spring, and enjoying the marvels of the Piscean gentleness soothing the fiery power of March until the 20th at least. With Aries biding his time, this is a time to sit back and spend time soothing and relaxing the soul. For those souls in the Southern Hemisphere, we are entering the wonderful Season of Autumn – my favourite. Of course, the daily temperatures and terrible drought we have been experiencing does not indicate Autumn is here at all and during March we must focus on getting some cosmic rain to manifest into real African rain – please!
March too brings the Easter festivals and with that my favourite thing to do over Easter – watch Jesus Christ Superstar and the incredible Ted Neeley and Carl Anderson. As a race, we need to remember the sacrifices that have been made worldwide in the name of peace – take a moment to pray for actual peace, especially over this time.
The New Moon brightens our March sky on 9th March, so “New Beginnings/Venture Spells will be most welcomed by the Elementals on that day. The first quarter of the Goddess starts on 15th and we can all marvel and celebrate the Full Moon on 23rd March. So, don’t forget to ask the Elementals, Father Sky and Mother Moon for your wishes to be granted – keeping Akasha in mind!
Thank you all for being so supportive during the first month of Moonstones and Broomsticks – I am so overwhelmed by your emails and comments – please post on our Facebook page or here on the site – I love hearing from you all.
With love and in peace and light
Samantha
